Mulberry & spiced pecan cookies


INGREDIENTS

  • 125g spiced pecan spread (or 100% pecan spread +1 tsp mixed spice)

  • 60g dried mulberries or dried berry of choice

  • 2 tablespoon buckwheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon almond meal

  • 3 teaspoons maple syrup

  • Salt to taste


METHOD


Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray.


Add everything to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.


Once combine, roll six balls and place them on the baking tray.

Press each ball flat by using a fork.


Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
