2 big bananas
2 Açaí packets (200g) (make sure it’s 100% Açaí and not the sweetened versions)
Fruit: Banana, berries, passionfruit, etc.
Granola: 1/4 - 1/2 cup (Butterscotch granola from my cookbook or packet mix)
In a high speed blender add the above ingredients. Blend on low and increasing to high slowly. Continue to blend until smooth.
Add toppings as desired.
*Optional: Add a little water, mylk or coconut water to support blending.
