Chocolate, Tahini & Banana Porridge


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup GF oats

  • 1 cup water or mylk

  • 1 banana or apple peeled (I love apple too)

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs

  • 1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon powder

  • Sprinkle of ginger powder


METHOD


Cook oats on medium heat in a saucepan until thick and creamy. Transfer this to a bowl. Top with sliced banana or apple, tahini, cacao nibs, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and ginger.


Enjoy!!!


* I love slightly warming my apple in my oats too!
